Together with a wide range of elastomeric materials ( viton standard ) these valves are designed for pneumatic, gas, chemical and fluid carrying industrial applications. We offer both open and closed discharge types.

VYC model 496/5 is an efficient Full Lift Spring Loaded Safety Relief Valve for use in a wide range of applications.
Ideal for use on steam and gas but also suitable for liquid service. It features wear resistant seats & precision disc alignment.

VYC model 496/5 come in the following sizes:- 20, 25, 32,40, 50, 65, 80, 100, 125 &150mm.

VYC model 496/5 operate at up to 34 bar set pressure
Available in Cast Iron, Modular Iron, Cast Steel or We supply VYC model 496/5 with the following options:

Blocking Screw
Rapid limiter to reduce discharge
